Lodge At Amity Woods Animal

Picked up my dog looking like lice and smelling highly of perfume chemicals. Was told "dandruff" which she never has when I bathe her. Also Should've been told they don't cut hair on Saturdays when I booked the service or I wouldn't have wasted my time/money. Now I have to go bathe my dog after just paying for a service to bathe my dog. Was told it would take an hour. After 2 hours I called several times no answer. Thank goodness I just showed up and picked her up from this incompetence.

Left them last year due to numerous issues with over charging and hard selling everything. Had to go back due to having a long haired cat that needed grooming and couldn't find a groomer. Guess what...overcharged again versus quoted price and harassed my wife all day trying to extort more money for unnecessary services. Stay away.

My dog wasn't given her medication the whole time she was there. I was told she was too anxious for group play, and her medication is for anxiety. No wonder.. I paid more for a place to be able to see my pet on a camera for no reason since she wasn't able to be in group play.
