Left them last year due to numerous issues with over charging and hard selling everything. Had to go back due to having a long haired cat that needed grooming and couldn't find a groomer. Guess what...overcharged again versus quoted price and harassed my wife all day trying to extort more money for unnecessary services. Stay away.

My dog wasn't given her medication the whole time she was there. I was told she was too anxious for group play, and her medication is for anxiety. No wonder.. I paid more for a place to be able to see my pet on a camera for no reason since she wasn't able to be in group play.

I have been a dedicated client of Amity Woods for over 15 years. I used them for vet services and lodging while on vacations. This is not a review reflecting on the vet care my pets have received over the years but on a stay my French bulldog Rudy had in June. I dropped him off on a Friday for a 5 day stay with vet care. I received a phone call on Monday morning stating he can no longer use his hind legs. They say he was kenneled alone Sunday night after no issues but when staff arrived Monday morning he could not get up. He was x-rayed and needed emergency spinal surgery to rectify a disc impeding on his spinal cord. He had no prior issues to this. The expensive surgery...read full review
