Highly recommend! I have been in the store twice and both times were a great experience. First they have great pricing! Secondly, the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly from the second I walked through the door. Corbin, Keegan, and a newer gentleman (didn't catch his name) were incredible to work with.

I love my flooring I got from them and the service at the store. I had to have the someone come back out when weather changed because of gaps between boards and of course they brought the installers, who said it was due to different sizes in the boards. well the weather has changed twice since then and the gaps are worse in some areas. and I've thought about the theory of different sizes and that doesn't make since because I've seem floors that were differently widths...don't have their installers do the installation find someone that is reputable and get a look at their work before you hire..Love the product, but not the installation..

I have been slowing installing hybrid flooring to replace carpet in my home. I have received terrific customer service from this store. My floor is wonderful, exactly what I need. I would recommend this store.
