Charity is great! She does a good job of checking in to see what I need before each massage and during the massage if the pressure is good. She helped me a lot with my mommy wrist issues. I like that there is a holistic approach to her practice. She gives lots of tips and tools on stretches to do at home and other parenting resources.

I had a massage with Sophia. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say it’s the best massage I have ever had! I felt very seen and heard with Sophia, and she got right to work on my tight muscles and fascia with deep pressure. I felt so much better afterward and she even loaned me a book so I can keep learning about my body. I’m so happy with my massage and I can’t wait to come back for another. I’m recommending Legacy and Sophia to all my KC friends!
