Legacy massage is the place for scar tissue work! Using a gentle touch that relaxes and opens up space in the bodythat facilitate movement without discomfort. After my treatment I feel like I can take deeper breaths and move smoothly. A relief for certain. One of the best.

Charity was amazing. First of all, I would pay good money just to take a nap in that ROOM— so dreamy. It was an incredibly peaceful environment and if you told me the massage bed was a cloud I would’ve believed you. The actual bodywork she did was such a relief to my tired postpartum body. I’ve had a lot of bodywork done recently and, unfortunately, some people are so gentle it feels like nothing has changed when I leave and I feel like I’ve wasted my money. Charity and Legacy Massage are top-notch! I can’t even fully express my gratitude for her and her practice. I’ve been going for about a year now and not only have I gotten better physically, but I also now have a better understanding of my body & how so many parts are connected. I’ve been given the knowledge and tools to proactively treat and manage my own muscular issues & for that I will always be grateful for Legacy!!
