Legacy Contractor Services saved us from a potential disastrous situation with another (unlicensed) "contractor" who failed to tell us that we needed permits and an emergency egress window, not to mention the work that had been done to that point was done without a permit. Legacy performed a major garage and shop expansion on our home. Done so well you would never think it wasnt part of the original home. Great workmanship and coordination with us throughout the build. Highly recommended.
