I had an amazing experience here!Vicky and Everyone was super nice, was genuinely excited to do my hair!Helped me figure out the right styles that fit for me specifically!Even helped get my natural hair healthy again before we did extensions!!Provided me with everything I needed as far as after care!Answered every question I had and even gave me information I wasn’t aware I need to know To help me!You can tell they generally care about the customer and there hair!The vibe was amazing the whole time!Trell did awesome on my hairI love it!!They will definitely be seeing me again! Great Customer service! And there are some really gifted stylists there. However, make sure you go to a more experienced braider. I think my person thought I was a little girl, so she gave me small parts in the front and really big ones on the sides and back. Because of this, I can’t do as much with my hair and it won’t last as long. My hair looks nothing like her pictures because of this. Also, make sure you look at your hair while the person is doing it. But overall, I would still recommend this salon because they are still very gifted and hospitable. I might go back in a couple months and try a different person and style.

Let’s talk customer service!!! The team is amazing they truly value you as a consumer. Very polite and educated about the products they sale. The hair quality is amazing. Thank you for my new addition and I’ll definitely be back for another!
