My wife and I have been extremely pleased with the service at King Piers. Jim has been incredibly honest and helpful in navigating this whole process, and we know we can trust his word. Before Jim even started working on our foundation issue, he came back out after a different company started using scare tactics on us (to try and convince us to spend $20,000) and debunked everything this company said and explained what was actually going on.

Having stone foundation settling is a pretty daunting problem. Jim at King Piers made the experience incredibly manageable and left me with great results. I honestly don’t believe I could have possibly gotten the results I did without Jim’s expertise and his King Pier system. Walls are now level, cracks were sealed up and the brick facade now sits back flush with the house. On top of that, they were able to do a porch extension that I’m already getting to enjoy. The crew is hard working, experienced and polite and it shows in their work. Very happy customer here! Thanks Jim and crew.

Absolutely blown away by the results I received with my foundation repair and porch extension. I have a ‘50’s ranch with a stone foundation that had settled on two sides of the house allowing the brick facade to pull away. Jim’s crew did a fantastic job of lifting the walls back to level and repairing the cracks in the walls. I don’t believe any other type of pier could have given me these results. Great communication, the crews are extremely hard working and polite, did a nice job of cleaning up after the job. Brick facade is back against the house where it should be and now I’m getting ready to enjoy my new spacious front porch! Thanks to Jim and the crew... read full review
