We ended up using another company for remediation services, but I have to express my gratitude for KC Mold Guys' professionalism and honesty during the bidding process. Other companies wasted our time and tried to seriously overcharge us --- but Mike was responsive, straightforward, thorough, and respectful. He got us an estimate FAST, and it was comparable to the quote we accepted. We really appreciate businesses like this!

Any business can get 5 star reviews when everything goes right. It's when things go wrong that you know whether or not you're dealing with a quality company. I won't go in to details but suffice it to say that even when things went wrong, Mike was there to stand by us and walk us through the process to get things right. KC Mold Guys showed up on time, did what they promised and never dodged phone calls - even when things didn't go quite according to plan.
