Always very professional and nice staffing. My cat Wally, had an abcess that healed and then returned. They explained everything in detail and sent pain meds and the cone of shame, which he wore for a few weeks.
On another occasion I had to euthanize my dog, Pocahontas, and had a quiet room for us. We stayed for awhile and said goodbye and were never disturbed.
Duffy, my foster fail, became a permanent member of my family last summer. He has extreme anxiety about being handled so it has been almost impossible for him to be examined or treated. Dr. Swift has worked with us patiently (and with welcome humor), trying different approaches to medicating him so that treatment would be possible. And yesterday, she hit on the solution! I now have complete trust that, under her care, our Duffy will be well taken care of medically. Dr. Diehl showed the highest empathy and compassion in the hardest decision for my senior son, Chico (dog) that I ever had to make. His team also assisted with my request for my boys last day with us before we sent him to dog heaven. It was special and memorable. I am forever thankful and grateful for him and his staff.
