JS Construction was a great company I hired after our most recent storm that hit my area. The project manager that was assigned to my case was Derek Ackerson. Derek and his partner Jay came to my home and reviewed the storm damage and spent a good couple hours on the first visit. Derek took the time to review the damage with me and discuss how the process would work. I had several questions and Derek/Jay was very respectful and knowledgeable. Derek/Jay did not leave after the first visit until I had all my questions answered. As the case progressed there were some humps along the way with the insurance company but Derek and Jay handled everything with the insurance company. I am very appreciative of their hard work and dedication with getting everything taken care of for me. The project went very smooth and Derek made sure to stay in contact with me along the entire ride. He came to my home after the work was completed to make sure everything was done correctly. If I had any questions or concerns Derek was always very fast at responding back. I did contact Derek's supervisor after the job was completed to make sure he knew of the great work Derek did for me. The manager for the "Omaha" location is also very respectful and knowledgeable. I will for sure use JS Construction in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know. If you want a job done right and a team that cares about their customers and the quality of work, then give them a call. Thank you for the great job on our roof ! It was a challenging job and was taken care of very quickly and professionally . Will be using you again next year and recommend you highly !
