My insurance company had been running circles around me, and after 12 months I had basically given up. I called J&J asked them for their honest opinion, and they came out and gave it. They said my claim wasn’t a 100% guarantee, and laid out some options out in front of me and what they thought would be best given my situation. It was super refreshing vs the other 5-6 contractors I talked to who all felt like they were pushing a sale rather than looking out for my best interests. J&J walked me through the claim, supported me every step of the way, fought on my behalf, and were super responsive and respectful. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs to have work done. Shoutout to Dustin, he did great work and is a generally stand up guy.
