They called to reschedule my service for 8 am to 12-1. They texted at 145 to tell me they were on the way. at 2pm i asked for an update or and ETA. No response. texted and called until 3pm when i get a call with a woman named Alba telling me the cleaners are outside home but will not be coming to do the service due to that the amount of times i have called being hostile. Showing up 2 hours late and the lack of communication is unexpectable.

Called for service. Arrived 45 minutes late for estimate and walk through. Scheduled service 2 weeks out, the day of service I get a call 15 minutes to service time family emergency and if I wanted her to still try and make it. BS over booked. Promised to arrive Monday between 9:30 and 10:30. No call No Show. Unprofessional lier's that overbooks, lies and never show up. I would Not Recommend Jackie's cleaning services and if I could give a 0 for a review I would do not deserve this 1 star. Unprofessional unreliable a total waste of time. And from the other reviews Jackie's cleaning services cannot clean so thanks for Not Showing up Jackie.

Great service!! Jackie was very professional yet friendly. I felt very comfortable having her in my home. I work long hours so I don't have much time to clean and she did and outstanding job cleaning my home, looked brand new. Highly recommend.Service: Deep clean
