Let me start with I have worked in the medical office for over 30 years. I have always taken patient care very seriously I can honestly say Independence family dental care is the best dentist I have ever been to in 52 years. They truly care about their patients. I went to them with an emergency a broken tooth and they made sure that I was pain-free before I left the office. I had recently had gallbladder surgery and was still very sore and they made sure that I was comfortable with every procedure that they did, I am truly thankful I found this office I would highly recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat. You can tell as soon as you walk in the office that they care about their patients and they also care for each other, which is an amazing thing nowadays because a lot of offices you go into it seems like the people that work together don’t get along and there’s always conflict if I could get this office 10 stars I would.
Fear of dentists had kept me from seeing a dentist for about the last 30 years. A REALLY bad toothache changed that. All my fears were put to rest after a severe toothache sent me to Dr. McClain at IFDC on 40 Hwy. Great (and fun) front desk staff. Excellent Dental Hygienists. Great place to get a tooth pulled painlessly. Thank you Mia, Amber and especially Dr. McClain. You are the best.
