The overall experience of building with Homoly was a very positive process. All the staff we worked with were very professional and genuinely nice people. The detail cost sharing is very beneficial to keep tabs on your budget. There is full disclosure of where the money is being spent and to whom. The cost plus methodology is very transparent, but can create somewhat of a conflict of interest if you are attempting to manage a tight budget. We would build with them again. The foundation design and water proofing they do is the best in the business. The quality and the service were just what we were looking for. No cutting corners with these guys.
