Went in for contacts and an eye checkup. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Dr. Heintz was professional, quick, and easy. I will be coming here for all of my eye care needs forever!

Great experience overall. Dr. Heintz was very friendly and knowledgeable and was open to answer all my questions. I made it known that I didn't want any surprise expenses, so nothing was done before asking my approval ahead of time, which was much appreciated. Everyone that assisted me while there was very thorough and helpful. Thank you, Lens Crafters!

My prescription at another location was way off and the lenses in both sets I got didn't even have mayltching prescriptions. He took the extra time to make sure I was at ease and even found a new underlying issue that was missed!
