    My father was killed in 1964 in a construction accident on my 11th birthday. It totally shook my faith in my foundational Christian upbringing. It was just mom and me to survive and it was the 60"s, Sex, Drugs and Rock & Roll. I saw the Beatles on TV and was hooked. I found a book named Hatha Yoga and read it cover to cover.
