I went to the shop at The Coves. Tonya is the beautician who cuts my hair. She is very friendly and considerate. She is very good at what she does. I have a really weird neck line and she always has taken it in stride in when I leave That hairline looks great along with the rest of the haircut. Thank you Tonya for doing a great job.
We had great service. For out tow little ones until the end. I had a big problem with your associate we payed her and gave her a tip which she did not deserve. So our girl got a little bit sick and went outside to go puke. Well one of your associates talks very rude to the customer I came with. And says don't bring a kid back if she is sick. She told us she has been sick. Well we all get sick. So anyway afterwards my son is getting his hair done with a nice lady, she ask the same rude associate If she would want to do a lighting bolt for my son, she says no I am done for today in a very rude way. Also we can not help what happened. But whatever was going on with your main associate does not need to be done towards the customers if she is having a bad day and attitude she can go on somewhere else with that. Hire better associates with better attitudes and good vibes because that lady sucked. And is rude I would have liked to have done something about it. She just got lucky. Check your people and how they treat their customers as well because that was uncalled for. Thank you and have a good 1.
