My therapist, Erica, listened attentively, developed a routine for my condition, communicated it clearly, in person and online, made helpful corrective suggestions and gave affirmations.
Marla is terrific, a rare find. She is especially good with pelvic floor work, but her PT skills can address any area of the body. Marla assesses the whole body and has fixed so many aches and pains for me that I can't remember them all. Check her out, she's a joy to work with.
What a great place! Going into it, I was very hesitant to go to physical therapy for my pelvis. I am so happy to say that I was made to be very comfortable, and it works! They know what they're doing. I was especially grateful that I was constantly asked "is it okay if..." making me feel control of my own care. I was constantly reminded that I could get a break when needed. Thank you Julia for the help!
