She explained the steps to me and we had a wonderful conversation as she was performing the service which was really helpful to distract from the pain. “Got spray tan for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding and none of us were disappointed! Everyone’s colour was fantastic and didn’t smudge after showering. My tan lasted almost a week. Chloe gave great advice or prep before our tan and care after. She was so accommodating for us all having different schedules and having to change around appointments. Cannot recommend enough. “So I had the technician Caitlin now this was my first time getting a full set really wasn't sure what I wanted so I came to this studio because of some of the reviews. I can say it is a very nice clean well decorated will advertised place and location and the receptionist was very nice also she even went to check on the technician because she came to get me 12 minutes after my appointment which that's fine because she was sanitizing. As I asked her how her morning was she said fine she walked me to the room and as soon as we hit the room she said what do you want I said I'm really not sure and then the way I said it must not have been great so I said no I did look at the book and I think I want to go for the classic sexy which she did a phenomenal job and I'm in customer service I just wished I would have been walked through or educated on the certain steps she was getting ready to do what she was getting ready to use what to expect what not to expect that wasn't communicated to me, no after care on what I should do what I shouldn't do so that was a bummer. She also tinted my eyebrows which I agreed with her to go in for a second tint because it wasn't dark enough and she said well I can just do the black which I would never get black tint on my eyebrows. I'm not sure if she's ever had a brown woman to do services on but I can tell she just seemed uncomfortable and that's fine too I did re book with her in hopes that she reads this review and that she continues to try and be a little more confident ask questions ask if I'm doing okay and educate your patient or client because technically we're patients anytime you messing with somebody's face or whatever they're a patient or client I did have a bit of discomfort a little burning some redness and I asked what that could be from and she said because of me having my eyes closed that long. I end up having to put gentle tear gel in because it's still continues to burn only on the right eye not sure what this will do as far as your business but I also run a business and I know how valuable opinions and reviews are take care I'll do another go and see what happens this time“

“I was very welcomed when I walked through the door. Beautiful atmosphere, nice people and great music. Ms. Cheriese did my daughter lemonade/ small feed in braid style a few months ago, and it was extremely beautiful. My daughter loved it. Ms. Cheriese did an awesome job and I would recommend her to anyone. I went to her today to get my hair done. I ended up getting a half crochet braided style. The crochet style looked very beautiful on me.. When she got done, I was smiling from ear to ear, and so with my hair being the way it is in the middle. She knew how to work around the little spot I have in the middle and without having it showing because the crochet style is covering it up. I will also be getting my son hair done by her as well. He will be getting coils done and he is so excited to get it done. I'm sure she will do a great job. I am so happy I found us a new beautician that knows what she doing. We will definitely be back!<br><br>Stylist: Ms. Cheriese is our stylist. She is nice, very professional and quick. I went for a consult at first, and showed her a picture of how I want it done. She didn't have a problem in doing it. The prices are very resonable/affordable. I'm glad I have you as our new beautician.?“
