They were responsive on Yelp with Request-A-Quote, and while a notch higher than some others, I figured what the hell. They could have someone out same day and the reviews looked great. The tech was later than expected (4-6 p.m. window and arrived closer to 6:30) which wasn't ideal as we had sat down to dinner. Fortunately the job was small and he was quick to handle it. To me it's a lot like calling a plumber; it's going to cost you, but you know it's going to be done right. Galvin seemed professional in how they booked and assigned the electrician. Not every service company can say the same. Hopefully won't need them again, like, ever, but if so I would recommend them and go with them again.“

We were 'lucky' enough to have the new work knocked down by another tree limb in October, on a Thursday. By Friday afternoon Mike Hagan was out and got us back up and powered, coordinated with Evergy took care of everything - also with a reasonable price and fast, quality work.
