I recently seen Bettie, thought I found the right hairdresser as one I had for a very long time retired, although quite pricey and I do not have them shampoo my hair and the price is still the same. The first time she did a great job. I liked her personality and she listened to me. The second time was not so good. She did not trim my hair the way she showed me it needed to be the first time. I let her know she took too much off and to cancel my upcoming apt. She just replied ok no problem. No apology. The shop is nice and clean, nicely lit. Parking is terrible if before 2pm. The other hairdresser was very friendly and spoke to me when I arrived as I had to wait 15 minutes....read full review
