From the estimate to the installation, my husband and I have had a positive experience with this company. The workers were efficient and friendly and seemed very hard-working. Though they hit a water line on the first day (as sometimes happens), they were very apologetic and had a plan in place for just such an event. They remedied the problem quickly and resumed working right away. The even only put them behind schedule a few hours.
When they were finished they did a great job of cleaning up, including washing away a few stains left on our driveway.

Ron from Dry Basement came out today, and gave us a thorough inspection of all four of our sump pumps. He also provided us with some information about how to make sure they keep running and when we might expect to replace them. No sales pressure. When we do replace the pumps, we will definitely use Dry Basement. We have been a customer of theirs for five years now and always have been happy with their service and information.
I am very satisfied with the work was done by James and his crew. They did a very professional and clean and neat job if needed any more work like that I would definitely call them. Thank you.
