Dr. Hutch and her team (love Bridget!) went ABOVE and beyond to fix and improve my 'smile'. Rework was offered (I was actually okay with everything) but Dr. Hutch wasn't satisfied. Their Lab partners worked closely to clearly understand what Dr. Hutch was looking for. The results were better than I expected! Plus, the redo was gifted. OMG...I was in tears with their unexpected offer. They are truly a 5 star operation. PLUS their billing group is super friendly and helpful to make sure you understand everything that is happening with insurance. The sunroof's natural sunlight in the offices are a nice touch as well.
Earlier this year I had to have a root canal done which I was not looking forward to, to say the least. I was seen by Dr Jessop and he was amazing. After the anaesthetic I felt nothing, it went much more quickly than I was expecting AND cost less than I was expecting. I actually joked that I would be back next week for another one. Faultless.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Kayla Leach at Dr. Mingos & Associates, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Leach took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my treatment options, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable with the plan.
