We were in the processing of buying our first home. During inspection it was determined the house had hail damage and discontinued shingles, the roof needed to be replaced. The insurance company was constantly changing the dates they were going to come out to assess the claim. Despite all the date and time changes Christian at Down Under Roofing was able to shift his schedule and accommodate us. We needed everything done within two weeks and that timeline was met. They prioritize homes under contract so that your sale or purchase can go as smoothly as possible. The work site was cleaned up well, communication was great, would recommend their services!

I worked with Mark Scott at Downunder Roofing for my roof and gutters. He did a great job explaining the steps and keeping in contact with me throughout the process. His workers were there when he said they were going to be there and finished as he said as they would. My house looks great and I would absolutely definitely use him again without a doubt.

Price was the best of the three companies we quoted, but don’t think the other companies would have done a better job. Christian was easy and quick to work with. Roof was completed in a day without issue and the cleanup after was good enough.
Created a couple dead spots in the grass where the generator for the nail gun was sitting and where the forklift that dropped off the materials went off the driveway, but grass is easy enough to grow back.
