The first massage I had with Jeremy fixed an achilles problem I’d been living with for 2 years. I didn’t even tell him about it because I didn’t think it was something a massage would help. A year and a half after a double mastectomy my shoulders were permanently pulled forward and my chest was always tight and causing back pain. Jeremy is not your typical sports massage therapist in the best ways! Attentive, personable, professional, and brilliant are the words I'd use to describe Jeremy.
I'm training for an ultra marathon, MS150 bike ride, and a marathon happening between August and December this year. After ramping up the mileage I realized my IT band was a little irritated and I needed to take care of my legs better. I messaged Jeremy remembering when he visited my gym and worked on my knee for 5 mins and it loosened up right there.
