I had an amazing experience with the Cridder Ridder Team this morning. My fiancée and I were woken up at 2am to a bat flying around our bedroom. We were able to contain the bat until the Cridder Ridder Team could arrive. I contacted them first thing in the morning and they had us worked into the schedule within the hour. Their employees Shelley and Matt were extremely courteous, timely, and effective in helping us resolve our issue. Called regarding possible dead animal in wall. Missy was fantastic! While I did not hire their services due to my issue, she walked me through steps I could take to help. If the rest of the company's employees are like her, I would not hesitate hiring them in the future. BRAVO and thank you, Missy!

I had an emergency situation with a critter and called another company. They told me that they were booked for the day and I needed to set up an appointment. I called Critter Ridder and they immediately responded (they were at my house in 20 minutes). The front office personnel and technician are amazing!! Matt was very helpful and awesome!! I highly recommend Critter Ridder for any critter removal needs. A great company!
