I’ve been to three CrossFit gyms, nope make that four. And while small this one is so much fun. My fiancé and I were nervous to start and after only a couple of times going we feel comfortable and sore! It’s fun, and the perfect community vibes!

I joined ChangeNow Crossfit in May of ’22. I was approaching 50 years old, but I thought I was in pretty good shape. I was so very wrong. Everyone is a little stiff and sore in the morning, right? That’s normal. Knees just hurt right? That’s part of having knees. In the past I would have little stints of going to the gym, I work on the machines. I do good for about 90 days and then something would knock me off routine, or I’d fizzle out. Two years later, I’d decide to go back, and the cycle would repeat. I never got anywhere in my fitness. I would gain and loses the same 15 pounds over and over.
Great community and fun workouts. Coaches modify workouts to your fitness level. I like the different exercises mixed in the workouts, there is always a new challenge. If you want to feel better, get stronger and have fun, give Change Now CrossFit a try.
