My rug arrived today, bright and more colorful than before. Maybe we shouldn’t have waited decades for a good cleaning, but we love our wool area rug and had to find the right cleaner. We did!
Everyone I encountered in this company exemplified “Good Customer Service” in every way. They were responsive, not just polite but mannerly; honest, forthright and very professional. This was topped with excellent work and results that matched - if not exceeded their estimation. This is the type of service formerly found in and provided by small business owners that kept us community.
