Bill took care of us and our violin. He quickly repaired our instrument over the holiday as we were traveling through the area. His prices are beyond fair. He truly isn't in it to make money, but rather just to take care of you. Wonderful pleasant man to talk to and is full of knowledge. I had such a great experience with Bill! I needed my cello strings replaced, and he recommended a great set and had all the strings replaced within a few minutes. I enjoyed visiting with him, he is very knowledgeable and gave me a few helpful hints about my new strings! Definitely recommend.

Bill is amazing!!! He is a really wonderful person to work with, and he knows violins inside and out! He is kind, honest, and he doesn't waste any time on your repairs, some he will even make same day while you wait. His prices are affordable and he doesn't try to sell products you don't need!!! He handles all of my family's violins, one that is around 150-200 years old and worth a decent amount of money. Would recommend him from the most basic repair or bow re-string to a complete tear down and repair of the internals, which he did for us due to my son accidentally dropping his violin and cracking it.
