I have been going to Arrowhead Vet for a couple of years. All of the staff, including Dr. Epstein, is top-tier. They are caring, personable, and consistently go above and beyond for my dog. I always leave there feeling taken care of, with my questions answered. On top of all of this, they are affordable compared to any other vet I have gone to. Highly recommend.
Also, they are a smaller operation (only 1 vet, more customer service-oriented, less corporate-feeling), if that is appealing to you.
I have always thought very highly of Dr. Epstein and his staff at Arrowhead Veterinary Services and Country Kennels. They are 100% a clinic that cares more about their patients/ clients than the money. On more than one occasion there was an opportunity to recommend an expensive procedure and I would have gladly paid whatever it was, but instead they have recommended a much cheaper option that actually pays them $0!!! This morning, Zyva got a pretty nasty cut on her paw that was borderline for stitches so I took her up there out of the blue to get checked out... The staff is wonderful, very caring. I take my 3 dogs and cat to them, and they take very good care of them. They explain everything so I can understand. I would definitely recommend them ?
