Mike is the best! My DoorDash driver got stuck in a ditch in my driveway and he helped her get out, and then helped my fiancée and I get our jeep that had been sitting at the top of our treacherous driveway dead for a year down and even recommended someone to help us fix it!! This is my second time using arrow tow and I’ll always recommend everyone here!! Both times they’ve been amazing, helpful, understanding and just top tier!! Thank you guys so, so much!!

This is the best tow company in Missouri. These guys know the struggle. These guys blessed me when anyone else would have said, hey not my problem. But the owner worked with me by understanding my situation. my car was stolen from my apartment and I been missing work. I now have my vehicle home safe thanks to these guys here. I'll be screwed if it wasn't for them.

There's almost no way to be the good guy in this line of work. I'm no customer, I grew up watching this evolve.. you cant be mad because a vehicle was taken/towed, impounded or which ever because we don't break the laws. Before bashing the company look up the owner and see what all he has done for people. We are a business' that is hard to understand for people if you do not know of */ignorant/* of the process to retrieve your vehicle. Everything is legit and done in such a way that it does not over step the law(s).
