Took our little kitty in this afternoon for a mysterious case of suddenly not eating/drinking. We were really happy that they got us in on such short notice as brand new patients. Everyone was very kind, the doctor was extremely gentle and thorough with the exam. She ran through all of the financial estimations and gave us options just in case we weren't able to afford certain things. The pricing turned out to be incredibly reasonable. Unfortunately our baby needs to go back in Friday for surgery but again we were pretty shocked at how fair the estimate was for that too. And i feel like Cali will be in good hands there.
We love Animal Medical Center! We’ve been taking our 16 yr old dog here for the last 3 years. The staff is wonderful, caring, and warm. Betsey sees Dr. McMeans, specifically, and is always in good hands. Dr. McMeans is understanding and invested in any concerns we have, big or small. We feel that AMC is very reasonable with their pricing as well. We’ve had exams, blood draws, biopsies, and even a surgical cyst removal. Med fills and call returns are always quick, and whenever we have an appointment we’re seen right away. All in all five stars!
AMC staff dutiful and vigilant as they cared for Tilly for almost 17 years. Warm and caring to me as they helped me say good bye to Tilly. May 24, 2024. Thank you all.
