I have been going to Discovery myself and see Dr Butcher who is amazing. When I was unable to get an appointment for my 5 year old twins with Childrens mercy, I called Northland Discover and was assured that Dr Steinman was capable of working with small children for an eye exam. When we arrived we went through tests with the tech for over an hour and a half which went fairly well. When Dr Steinman came in, she seemed frustrated with my children right off of the bat and was sighing and generally rude. This made both of my children just clam up and get nervous.
