My husband and I have been trying to contact the office for over a month. We've left multiple voice mail messages, and they haven't called back. Even booked an appointment online through the website which they never confirmed or called us as scheduled. I'm not even sure if they're still in business anymore

We even have emailed 4x but haven't received a reply. I can't recommend just based on how they are impossible to contact.

This is all my opinion and personal experience. The owner Tabitha Smith is a bully. You are constantly being asked "why don't you know that?" or "I already told you that!" When due to lack of training it is literally impossible for you to know whatever she maybe talking about. She is all over the place wanting to run 10 mediocre or absolutely failure businesses instead of the one decent business she has that she in fact had not "told you that already". She will send messages berating you for not doing something and then delete them because she realizes you did do it but she will not be apologizing. She is an avid Darren Hardy fan and you will be forced to stay Thursday late into the night to watch this man tell you every bad habit you have even though he has never met you. She will give you "free" financial advise. But really she will want you to write a testimonial about how great she is and how much she helped you. She's your boss. The owner of the company you work for. You won't feel comfortable telling her no. She gives assignments to her employees that she fully expects you to do off the clock. Things like sending self help books home with you to read. But not because they'll make you a better person. They'll make you a better employee. She hates if you have kids. She has said to one employee numerous times "as long as it keeps you from having babies." She said to me "you better not be pregnant." She flat out asked another employee in their interview " are you done having kids?". I was not trained at all when an employee went on maternity leave. (she never came back) I was trying to pick up some of the slack when I apologized for not knowing how to do something. I said "I'm having to teach myself."(because of lack of proper training.) With Tabitha spins around and says "that's you own fault." This is normal they don't train employees because that is "coddling". The employees coddle Tabitha though. They are terrified of how she is going to react to something so ironically they baby her. There is a spreadsheet that was supposed to be update. I didn't even know this spreadsheet existed. It had never been mentioned before. Tabitha walks in and yells "why isn't this done!" And you can't say I didn't know I was supposed to be doing that. Because that's an excuse. Not being able to read her mind or to know things without being told is an excuse. Tabitha is always asking why things aren't done. She will give you multiple little time consuming what should be personal assistant tasks and br pissed because you didn't do those plus what is your regular job there. You will never do a good enough job. She will always find a way to bring you down because she isn't happy.
