Dr. Lemus is amazing and his staff is awesome.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the privilege of working at Team Dental of Joplin with Dr. Lemus, and I can truly say it was one of the best work experiences I’ve ever had. The office has such a positive, drama free environment where teamwork is the standard, not the exception. I was cross-trained as a receptionist, insurance coordinator, and dental assistant, which gave me the chance to grow my skills in multiple areas. Dr. Lemus genuinely cares about his staff and patients. He provides continuing education opportunities that keep you learning and growing in your career, as well as amazing opportunities to give back to others through mission trips. The team works together seamlessly, and it always felt like a supportive family atmosphere. On top of all that, the little things made it even better like the endless supply of snacks Dr. Lemus kept stocked for the staff (a lifesaver on busy days!).
