It took 2 1/2 months to get my bedspread back from them. They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks. We started calling after 6 weeks and kept being told it wasn't there. Finally we called the 4th time and Jeannie said it's been here for awhile. It cost 47.00 but that wasn't the problem. They should at least tell their employees to look first or maybe call when it came in like they were supposed to.
