Lee was great. I tend to ask a lot of questions but he was really patient with me in explaining my different options. He also did a great job getting everything done we needed. Their office was really great to work with also getting us scheduled as quick as they could as we were totally with out water. Thanks so much for getting us back up and going. I would definitely recommend your company.

Had a fantastic experience with this local company! We had a pipe burst under our house and major leak was noticed by our water company. Looked into local plumbers and all we called were unavailable till next week. Saw an ad on Google for Roter Rooter here in Joplin and gave them a call at 3pm today. It’s now 6pm and it’s fixed. Patrick was the technician he was very professional and fix the problem immediately. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
