Overall, it's easy to get care and the staff is polite, nice, and accepting, but there is one particular person who answers the phone calls who is incredibly rude. Other than that, it's a great establishment.
First I would say that they should change their phone system. There shouldn't be a reason why I am not able to talk to someone at the front desk and the automated person doesn't give options to speak to anyone at the desk. What's the point of putting a contact number on their website if you can't even contact them? Very frustrating!
Took very good care of me. Explained my diagnosis. Actually called and checked up with me. Sent me a paper explaining my diagnosis and sent me recommended care facilities near by. Answered every question I ever had. I have NEVER EVER been treated so well by any care facility.
