After a house fire Mayberrys and other contractors showed up to give us a bid. Mayberrys was willing to do some stuff to help us out immediately whether we hired them or not. That definitely put them in a good light for us. First day they took care of it… we weighed our options and hired them. Then we got our project manager Ryan who is honestly a great guy, he is knowledgeable, patient, understanding and hardworking. It was a very stressful time and sometimes ugly but he never took it personal and helped us in any way he could. Mayberry did a remediation and reconstruction for us after a pipe froze and burst ruining flooring and carpet. We remained in the undamaged portion of the home throughout the protect. Our insurance company (USAA) sent them out. I found their personnel (and a flooring sub) to be polite and diligent. The project seemed to take forever to get done, but I think that’s just part of it. The work (post remediation), was a little bit of carpet, a good deal of engineered flooring, and a cabinet, and the work was well done. The job supervisor, David, warned us on the front end that the project would take awhile, and he was correct. We were frustrated at times about the... read full review
