My mother was seen by nurse practitioner Carol Monroe at this office today. My mother was very pleased with her appointment. She said Carol actually made her feel like she cared about her health!!thank you Carol for taking such good care of my mom.

Like Dr. Wood ok however the receptionist is terriblely rude. Chris is her name. Takes pride in 'flexing her office job muscles 'and is a bully at that .

Worst experience ever! I injured my foot and called to get a referral to downtown imaging. I went to get an X-ray on Monday, the tech said they would send it over asap. I called dr wood’s office Monday afternoon and was told it could take up to 72 hours for them to receive it. I called dr wood’s office back on Wednesday and was told they still didn’t have the x-ray info. On a whim I called the imaging place, they sent my info over at 10am on Monday. I called dr wood’s office back and was told no they don’t have it, I need to call the imagining place back to have them fax it to them, why is this my job?!?
