We use the Joplin office. Crystal contacts us within a timely manner to verify and confirm appointment times that work with our schedule. Wes does our sprays. Our house I swear was built on a giant ant hill. We don’t have problems with ants now. I’m grateful for our technician and office staff. Couldn’t be happier with the service we receive. Have been using them for years for termite control and have never had an issue. I canceled my service today only because we are moving to the STL area. I can't recommend them highly enough.
