I came here to get glasses. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I picked them up yesterday and couldn't be happier. I had originally had my eye exam done somewhere else but next year will just come back and do it all here. Easy, friendly experience.

The drs themselves are great. Takes time with their patience and are personable. Calling their office is a nightmare. They hardly ever answer their phones. If by chance you do get a hold of someone, count yourself lucky. Doesn’t matter if you leave messages or not. Getting a call back is just as hard.

My mom fell and broke her glasses. I took them in and asked if they could repair them until she could get in to see them. They put her lenses in another frame at no charge. This is how you take care of your customers. They were very nice and concerned about her. I see why my 90 year old parents use their office. Thank you again for your kindness.
