Lonnie does not do good work. He also does not stand behind his work and will try to gouge the customer whenever possible. This is the kinda business you want to stay away from. Buyer beware!
In the past they have done a great job for my heating/aircon. But this year they have failed to respond to my calls/emails to gte a check up on the system they installed a few years ago. NO response at all.
I had Affordable heating and air conditioning in Joplin MO install a new central air unit in my Joplin home. The worst job ever. Had to hire another company to come in and redo it. They said it was the worst botch job they had ever seen. There was a leak in the line. Where there should have been sheet metal, they taped it. They put a coil in that didn't fit, it was one for a mobile home, not a for a 2,100 square framed home. There was a horrible smell that ran through out house from the coil that was dangerous and sickening. Affordable said they couldn't do anything about it. Not nice to rip people off, just so they could make more money. It cost us $2,500 more to have it done right. Thank God we found a reputable heating and air conditioning company that knew what they were doing, and did it right. I would NOT recommend this company, unless of course you want a horrible botch job.
