5 out of 5!! My experience getting my eyes examined and picking out my new glasses was excellent! The Dr. and office staff were thorough, super friendly, and took their time with me. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
On Thursday the ear piece on my glasses fell off I looked at it and the screw had broken off I call the office Dr. Repsher answered I told him my problem he said come in anytime and he’d have a look. I got there Dr.Repsher took my glasses confirmed the screw had broken and proceeded to remove the tiny broken screw end and replace it and adjust my glasses cleaned them and returned them. When I ask what I owed he told me no charge. There service is second to none thank you for the fantastic service!
Dr. Repsher is great! He also teaches about eye care to explain why something is important. Would recommend to everyone.
