If you need PT forget this place! Getting an appointment is next to impossible unless you can wait 6 months. The front desk is rude and uncaring. The therapist are more interested in flirting than actually working with you. They walk away and leave you, to talk to friends. Very unprofessional!
Their Customer Service in scheduling appointments with their front desk help is less than wonderful. She is rude and told me that my call was not important enough and would work on it at the end of the day. She no more should be working in customer service and dealing with the public than the man in the man. As for as help from either Josh or Ben is great. Their front desk help will cause them to loose a lot of customers.
