My husband and I had a great experience with Schrimpf Management. Their maintenance is fast and very nice and the office staff is very helpful. Our rent price was affordable and they gave us our full security deposit back when we moved out!

Mr. Shrimph Sr. Needs to retire and find happiness. He does not tell the truth about anything. He tries to make Tennant pay for repairs. Doesn't do anything he says he will after you move in you're on your own. Makes people that have had their pet for 15 years get rid of it even if it is a small pet that's trained. All around jerk and so is his son.

PLEASE listen to the rest of the reviews. There is 100% a reason why they only have 2 stars. Lol Literally the absolute WORST place I’ve ever rented from. The owners are horrible people and extremely disrespectful. -500000/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
