So far I’ve been unimpressed by this location. Starting to think that they don’t actually have any PCMs on the roster. Doc calls in sick, so I can’t be seen until April or May… wild that I had no issues at all while using the Ft Knox/Louisville facilities. Y’all really need to do better.
Always friendly.. Appointments in timely manner. Doctors seem to genuinely care. I had regular insurance with medical care when I worked.. the VA Center beats that care hands down. Great job Jefferson City VA Clinic !!
