The pilot light on Our gas water heater suddenly started going out. After it went out the third time in a weekend, I called Bernskoetter Plumbing. In less than an hour, Mark had the replacement part and had it installed. If possible, I would give them more than 5 stars. Unbelievable service!Service: Water heater repair

Our water heater went out on a Saturday morning when we had a houseful of guests. Mark came to the rescue and had our hot water repaired quickly! I’m so grateful for their wonderful service.
