Sam B. Cook Healthplex is a clean, well-maintained, and well-run facility with up-to-date facilities and a convenient location. The staff are pleasant, very professional, kind, helpful, smart, caring, respectful, and understanding. Their knowledge and patience are amazing and heartwarming, enabling successful recovery from injury or surgery. The team provides great physical therapy, as well as OT and ST. Patients report being pleasantly surprised and highly recommend this team for a process that is better than expected.
We've been pleasantly surprised after visiting a couple of times in recent weeks. Our previous MU Health appointments over the tears have been in Columbia. We had a couple of therapy appoinments in Jefferson City at the Sam Cook Healthplex. The facility is well maintained and the staff were all pleasant and very professional
I just spent 8 weeks in outpatient physical therapy with Jennifer, Gwen and Amy. These are smart, caring women whose knowledge of how to help you recover is amazing. I had my hip replaced and after 8 weeks I’m amazed at what I can do thanks to these women. I also have a plan forward to continue to improve.
